Richard has been involved with Snow Emergency Solutions since 2014, where he oversees operations and contributes to the company’s mission of providing proactive winter storm assistance to commercial clients across regional and national markets. The company offers reserved winter-response capacity designed to help businesses reduce disruptions and manage risks during severe winter weather. Richard has also led Ingram Enterprises, Inc. since 1975 as its founder and owner. His responsibilities have included making key business decisions, supervising snow and ice management operations, and creating and implementing business systems and processes. Earlier in his career, Richard founded and operated several automotive and service businesses, including Leading Edge Automotive, Dempster & Waukegan Service, Inc., and Tristate Services, Inc. At Dempster & Waukegan Service, he became one of the youngest Amoco dealers in the Midwest at the age of 21 and was among the first in the area to achieve Master Mechanic status through ASE certification.
